Card bookings only. The fee applies when a student pays by card through your booking page. Collect cash or Venmo at class instead? Those bookings carry no ClassCrush fee at all.
On what the student actually pays. If a coupon brings a $25 class to $20, our fee is calculated on $20 — a discount never costs you more.
Your money goes straight to you.Payments land in your own Stripe account — you're the merchant, we never hold your money. Stripe's standard card processing (2.9% + 30¢) is separate, as with any processor.
Refunds return our fee.When you refund a student, ClassCrush's fee comes back to you too — a refund never costs you our cut on top.
Which plan wins? Above roughly $670/monthin card bookings, Pro's lower rate more than covers its higher subscription.

How does the free trial work?: Every feature, free for 30 days. You add a card at signup, your first charge is after the trial, and you can cancel anytime from your billing portal — including during the trial, at no cost.
How is the booking fee collected?: Automatically, per booking, out of the card payment — no invoices, no surprises. Your dashboard's bookings ledger shows the fee on every order.
Can I switch plans later?: Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings; Stripe prorates the difference. Your rate changes with your plan immediately.
Do my students pay any fees?: No. Students pay exactly the price you set. Booking, tickets, rescheduling, and their portal are free for them.
